Description
I live right near St. Mary's by the Sea, and throughout the day there are several cars idling along the road at St. Mary's. This creates a great deal of pollution for the families enjoying the park and water and wildlife. I think we should put up "No Idling" signs around the park to encourage people not to idle. It's an environmental health issue without a doubt.

There’s a 3 minute idling law in Connecticut, thanks to former Governor Rell signing it into law. It baffles the mind that people go down to St Mary’s to enjoy, yet sit in their idling cars with the AC on. Signs should be posted. Law should be enforced.
