It’s the entire area, starting at the top of the stairs all the way down to the water, needles and needle caps. As far as the eye can see, not to mention peoples personal trash, and tires just dumped here along the water/walking path, even on the pier!
Just watched a mother with a toddler pick up her child because the poor kid couldn’t even walk over all of the paraphernalia
Maybe if the city puts one of those sharps containers right by the regular garbage containers, or maybe along the path that seems to be littered with hundreds of needles and needle gaps, it might be a good idea, so they don’t throw them all over the ground/the Pierre/The Walk path
